307 Horse Racing

A Wyoming-based operator focused on Historic Horse Racing terminals and simulcast wagering across a network of off-track venues. The third-largest licensed operator by HHR handle.

Wyoming-based HHR and simulcast operator

307 Horse Racing, operated by Cowboy Sports & Entertainment, is one of three licensed Wyoming horse racing operators. The "307" name references Wyoming's single statewide area code, signalling its in-state focus. Per the most recent Wyoming Gaming Commission report, 307 handled $57.81 million in Historic Horse Racing wagers in March 2026, 23.7% of statewide HHR handle, third-largest among the three operators.

Historic Horse Racing

HHR terminals are 307's primary product. The company operates a network of OTB and HHR venues across Wyoming, accepting both pari-mutuel simulcast wagers on US race cards and HHR terminal play. For a deeper explanation of how HHR works as a regulated product, see our HHR explainer.

Simulcast wagering

307 Horse Racing's venues accept simulcast wagers on the full range of US Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse race cards plus select international racing. March 2026 simulcast handle at 307 venues was $90,633, second among the three operators behind Wyoming Horse Racing.

State revenue contribution

Per the WGC March 2026 report, 307 Horse Racing's HHR operations contributed:

  • LSRA distribution: $144,520
  • County distribution: $312,522
  • City distribution: $265,559

How to wager via 307 Horse Racing

  • On-site at 307 venues across Wyoming. Pari-mutuel windows for simulcast wagering; HHR terminals for slot-style play.
  • Online wagering is handled by separate licensed ADW platforms, 307 does not operate its own ADW service. See our ADW platform comparison for online options.

Live racing and 307

307 Horse Racing does not host live race meets. The only Wyoming-licensed operator running live racing is Wyoming Downs in Evanston. 307's venues do show live racing via simulcast feeds.

Background and licensing

307 Horse Racing operates under one of three Wyoming horse racing operator permits issued by the Wyoming Gaming Commission. The operator is Wyoming-based and was established to serve the statewide HHR and simulcast market alongside Wyoming Downs and Wyoming Horse Racing.
